摘要
山钢日照公司为满足“一罐到底,精准炼钢”的需要,开发了智能化自动装铁系统,高炉装铁实现自动化,并通过优化改进,高炉铁水装准率由80%~90%(±2 t)提高到90%(±1.5 t)以上,满足了炼钢生产需求。
To meet the needs for"one tank to the end,precise steel-making",Rizhao branch of Shangdong steel group has developed an intelligent automatic loading iron system.The automation of blast furnace iron loading has been achieved,the accuracy of hot metal loading in blast furnace has been improved from 80%-90%(±2 t)to over 90%(±1.5 t)by optimizing and improving.It has met the demand for steelmaking.
