摘要
采用简单的电化学沉积法进行了Ce掺杂的钴酸锌复合材料(Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4))的制备,运用XRD、SEM、TEM方法对样品进行表征分析,研究了Ce的掺杂对材料稳定性的影响。结果表明:实验中制备的Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)呈现为多孔的网状结构,无其他杂质峰和杂质元素存在,纯度较高。在实验中,研究了Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)的电化学性能。电流密度为1 A·g^(-1)时,电极的比容量是2380 F·g^(-1),当电流密度每次改变100次回到1 A·g^(-1)时,比容量为2370 F·g^(-1),是初始比容量2380 F·g^(-1)的99.5%,说明Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)具有很好的稳定性,可以重复多次利用。在Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)/CNTs器件的循环稳定性能测试中,当电流密度为1 A·g^(-1)时,比电容为181 F·g^(-1),进行10000次循环充放电测试后,比容量变成了153 F·g^(-1),保持了84.5%的起始比电容,该结果表明此电极材料的循环使用寿命长且循环稳定性良好。
A simple electrochemical deposition method was used to prepare Ce doped zinc cobaltate composite(Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)).The influence of Ce doping on the stability of the material was studied by XRD,SEM and TEM.The results showed that the prepared Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)had porous network structure,no other impurity peaks and impurity elements,and the purity was high.The electrochemical properties of Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)were investigated.When the current density was 1 A·g^(-1),the specific capacity of the electrode was 2380 F·g^(-1).When the current density was changed 100 times each time back to 1 A·g^(-1),the specific capacity was 2370 F·g^(-1),which was 99.5%of the initial specific capacity of 2380 F·g^(-1).Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)had good stability and could be used repeatedly.In the cyclic stability performance test of Ce-ZnCo_(2)O_(4)/CNTs devices,when the current density was 1 A·g^(-1),the specific capacitance was 181 F·g^(-1).After 10000 cycles of charge-discharge test,the specific capacity became 153 F·g^(-1),maintaining 84.5%of the initial specific capacitance.The results show that the electrode material has a long cycle life and good cycle stability.
