精制煤焦油制备喷气燃料技术研究

摘要 以工业装置生产的加氢精制煤焦油为原料,在压力为15.0 MPa、温度360℃、空速0.8 h^(-1)、氢油体积比为1000的条件下,在固定床中试装置上开展加氢改质实验。结果表明:精制煤焦油原料经过加氢改质后,馏程明显前移,产品碳氢比略有下降,饱和烃含量明显提升,芳烃含量显著下降。切割出的130~280℃喷气燃料馏分收率明显增加,烟点指标增加,冰点降低,芳烃体积分数显著减少,产品满足国标(GB6537—2018)3号喷气燃料标准。该技术具备高可行性、高原料利用率、高液体收率、高产品质量等特点,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Using the hydrorefined coal tar produced in industrial plant as raw material,the hydrorefining experiment was carried out on a fixed-bed pilot plant under the conditions of pressure of 15.0MPa,temperature of 360℃,space velocity of 0.8 h^(-1) and hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 1000.The results showed that the distillation range of the refined coal tar raw material moved forward obviously,the ratio of hydrocarbon of the product decreased slightly,the content of saturated hydrocarbon increased obviously,and the content of aromatics decreased significantly after hydrogenation modification.The yield of 130~280℃jet fuel fraction increased significantly,the smoke point increased,the freezing point decreased,and the aromatics volume fraction decreased significantly.The product met the national standard(GB6557—2018)No.3 jet fuel standard.The technology has the characteristics of high feasibility,high utilization rate of raw materials,high liquid yield and high product quality,and has good economic and social benefits.
