连续油管喷砂射孔管柱校核方法研究与应用

摘要 连续油管水力喷砂射孔工艺解决了传统射孔弹压实污染问题,结合连续油管快速作业的优势并辅以少量化学药剂的溶解作用,成为海上重要的解堵和增产措施,但其作业过程中易出现连续油管强度和稳定性问题,且缺少定量评估手段,限制了该技术进一步推广应用。为提高连续油管水力喷砂压裂作业的安全可靠性,在梳理不同工况下的载荷安全问题的基础上,建立了连续油管水力喷砂射孔过程中管柱强度和稳定性分析和计算方法。算例结果表明,水平井造斜点附近管柱最不稳定,易发生屈曲,而强度安全系数有两个危险截面,即井口处和造斜点附近,其综合应力安全系数呈现先增大、后减小、再增大趋势。利用该方法可实现水力喷砂射孔作业风险的定量评估和预测,为该技术在海上油田的进一步推广应用奠定了理论基础。 Hydraulic jetting sand perforation with coiled tubing technology can solve the problem of compaction pollution of traditional perforating charges,and combined with the advantages of rapid operation of coiled tubing and dissolution with a small amount of chemicals,it has become an important offshore plugging removal and stimulation measure.However,the strength and stability problems of coiled tubing are prone to occur in its operation process,and the lack of quantitative evaluation means has limited the further promotion and application of this technology.In order to improve the safety and reliability of hydraulic jetting sand perforation with coiled tubing,the analysis and calculation method of string strength and stability in the process of hydraulic jetting sand perforation was established on the basis of sorting out the load safety problems under different working conditions.The result of the calculation example showed that the pipe string near the deflection point of the horizontal well was the most unstable and prone to buckling,and the strength safety factor had two dangerous sections,namely,the wellhead and the vicinity of the deflection point.The comprehensive stress safety factor showed a trend of increasing first,then decreasing,and then increasing.This method could be used to realize the quantitative assessment and prediction of the risk of hydraulic sand blasting perforation operation,which laid a theoretical foundation for the further promotion and application of this technology in offshore oil fields.
