摘要
环空带压会对油气井安全生产造成较大的负面影响,现有的研究方法大多集中于环空带压的预防。为研究适用于油气井环空带压治理的技术,室内通过对树脂基液、稀释剂、固化剂进行研究,构建了适用于环空带压治理的高渗透聚合物凝胶体系,并对其热稳定性、流变性、密封性能等进行系统的评价。结果表明:构建的凝胶体系微观结构致密;使用基液ERF、活性稀释剂XT-28、复合固化剂FGH构建的凝胶体系在不同温度下的流动性好,黏度低,固化时间满足施工要求,且抗压强度高;使用凝胶体系气体密封性好,与套管钢材胶结强度高,耐久性强,有助于环空带压治理作业。研究成果可为油气井环空带压治理提供技术支持。
Sustained casing pressure has a significant negative impact on the safe production of oil and gas wells,and existing research methods mostly focus on the prevention of annular pressure.In order to study the technology suitable for sustained casing pressure treatment of oil and gas wells,a high permeability polymer gel system suitable for annulus pressure treatment was constructed through indoor research on resin base fluid,diluent and curing agent,and its thermal stability,rheology,sealing performance were systematically evaluated.The experimental results showed that the microstructure of the constructed gel system was compact.The gel system constructed with base fluid ERF,active diluent XT-28 and composite curing agent FGH had good fluidity at different temperatures,low viscosity,curing time meeting construction requirements,and high compressive strength.The gel system had good gas tightness,high bonding strength and durability with casing steel,which was helpful for the annulus pressure management operation.The research results can provide technical support for the treatment of sustained casing pressure in oil and gas wells.
