质量保证体系下高职院校科研项目管理工作诊改研究

Research Project Management in Higher Vocational Institutions underthe Quality Assurance System:A Study on Work Diagnosis and Improvement

高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作,是推动高职院校内涵发展的重要手段,是提升教育教学质量的重要措施。当前,高职院校科研项目管理工作中存在工作质量标准不完善、质量监控过程不均衡、质量文化建设意识不强、信息化程度不高等问题。基于质量保证体系,从制度、组织、文化、经费、技术几方面提出诊改建议,为进一步提升科研工作内生力量提供借鉴。

The diagnosis and improvement of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational institutions is an important means to promote the connotative development of these institutions and is an essential measure to enhance the quality of education and teaching.At present,there are issues in the management of scientific research projects in higher vocational institutions,such as imperfect work quality standards,unbalanced quality control processes,lack of awareness in building a quality culture,and a low degree of informatization.Based on the quality assurance system,this paper proposes diagnostic and improvement suggestions from the aspects of system,organization,culture,funding,and technology,providing references for further enhancing the intrinsic strength of scientific research work.
