国家职业教育进入提质培优的新发展阶段,高职院校为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎么培养人是需从长远发展角度思考的问题。在“匠心筑梦”背景下,高职图书馆作为校园文化育人的重要机构,针对当前育人工作中图书资源硬性条件不足、育人文化氛围不足、育人动力不足、馆员敬业素养不足等情形,需积极探索改进育人服务途径,为院校育人工作充分发挥出自身的价值与贡献。

National vocational education has entered a new development stage of improving quality and nurturing excellence,and the questions of whom vocational colleges are cultivating,what kind of people they are cultivating,and how they are cultivating are all issues that need to be considered from a long-term development perspective.Under the context of“Craftsmanship Building Dreams”,vocational college libraries,as important institutional departments for campus cultural education,need to actively explore ways to improve educational services in response to the current situation where there are insufficient hard conditions for library resources in education,lack of educational cultural atmosphere,lack of motivation for education,and insufficient professional dedication of librarians.This is to fully realize their own value and contribution to the educational work of the institutions.
