摘要
目的系统评价和分析1990—2021年阿片类药物与肿瘤预后相关研究的发展趋势,探索该领域的发展方向和研究前沿,旨在为相关研究人员提供参考。方法2022年6月19日在Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)数据库中检索并下载相关出版物及参数,并采用R语言、文献计量学在线分析平台和VOSviewer软件进行文献计量学及可视化分析。结果共纳入文献3211篇,阿片类药物与肿瘤预后相关研究的发文量整体呈递增趋势,其中美国在该领域的发文量最多,中国和意大利分居第二、三位。该领域的主要出版期刊包括Journal of pain and symptom management、Supportive care in cancer和Pain medicine等。此外,阿片类药物对肿瘤发生发展影响的机制研究是该领域的热点方向。结论阿片类药物对肿瘤预后影响的相关研究处于持续稳定发展状态,机制研究及临床应用策略仍是该领域的热点方向。
Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis using a systematic approach and evaluate the research trends of literature on the impact of opioids on cancer prognosis from 1990 to 2021.This study aimed to explore the research frontiers and development directions of the field and to provide reference for researchers in related fields.Methods All relevant publications and parameters were retrieved and downloaded from the web of science core collection(WoSCC)database on June 19 th,2022.The programming language R,bibliometrics online analysis platform,and VOSviewer were applied for the bibliometric and visualized analysis.Results A total of 3211 publications were included in this study.The number of literatures related to opioids and cancer prognosis showed an increasing trend over the period from 1990 to 2021.The United States had the largest number of publications in this field,followed by China and Italy.The main published journals in this field included Journal of pain and symptom management,Supportive care in cancer,and Pain medicine.Mechanistic studies on the impact of opioids on cancer development and progression remained a hot research direction in this field.Conclusion The relevant research on the impact of opioids on cancer prognosis continues to be in a stable state of development.Future research in this field should focus on the inner mechanisms and their clinical applications.
