补中益气颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏30例

Buzhong Yiqi Granule in 30 Cases of Lung Cancer-Related Fatigue of Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency

目的观察补中益气颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法肺脾气虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予非药物治疗(体育活动、心理及营养咨询、睡眠指导等),治疗组在对照组的基础上口服补中益气颗粒,每次1袋,tid,冲服。两组连续治疗30 d。比较两组患者疲乏症状量表(FSI)评分、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、慢性病治疗相关疲劳功能评估(FACIT-F)评分、中医证候评分及疗效评价、免疫功能指标的改善情况及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后FSI评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);KPS评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组评分优于对照组(P<0.05);FACIT-F评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),两组患者评分在社会家庭状况维度无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组其他维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)计数均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组出现腹胀1例。结论补中益气颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌癌因性疲乏能够改善患者疲乏症状,提高生活质量和免疫功能,不良反应少,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe Buzhong Yiqi granule's clinical efficacy in treating lung cancer-related fatigue of lung-spleen qi deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer who met the diagnostic criteria of lung-spleen deficiency were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 patients in each group.The control group received non-medicine treatment(physical activities,psychological and nutritional counseling,and sleep guidance).The treatment group received Buzhong Yiqi granules based on the control group,one bag each time,t.i.d.,taken with water.All the patients were treated for 30 days.The improvements of indications,such as fatigue symptom inventory(FSI)scale scores,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scale scores,functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-fatigue(FACIT-F)scale scores,the scores and efficacy for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,immunity function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of FSI in the patients of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of KPS in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FACIT-F in the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups regarding social and family status(P>0.05).The scores of other dimensions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the 2 groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the counts of CD+3 and CD+4 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the counts ofCD_(3)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+) of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the study,1 patient developed abdominal distension.Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi granule in treating lung cancer-related fatigue of lung-spleen qi deficiency could improve fatigue,the quality of life,and immunity function with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
