勃氏口服溶液的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of Brodsky Oral Solution

目的评价勃氏口服溶液的安全性。方法检索中国国家知识基础设施(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)等中文数据库和Pubmed、Web of science、ADIS等外文数据库,系统性分析勃氏口服溶液及其处方成分的药理作用和不良反应,并结合华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院自2000年以来勃氏口服溶液预防和治疗癫痫的临床病例数据进行分析。结果勃氏口服溶液无严重不良反应,偶尔出现恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应,停药后反应消失。结论勃氏口服溶液不良反应事件发生率低,安全性高。该文可为勃氏口服溶液的合理应用和相关研究提供参考。

Objective To assess the safety of Brodsky oral solution.Methods This study extensively investigated several Chinese databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals)and international databases(Pubmed,Web of Science,and ADIS),and systematically analyzed Brodsky oral solution.The pharmacological effects and adverse reactions of the oral solution and its prescription components,combined with the clinical case data on the prevention and treatment of epilepsy with the Brodsky oral solution since 2000.Results The analysis results show no obvious adverse events associated with the Brodsky oral solution,very few gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting occurred in patients,and the reactions disappeared after drug withdrawal.Conclusion There are few obvious adverse events associated with the Brodsky oral solution,it is safe for patients.The prescription and safety of Brodsky oral solution are comprehensively examined in this article,which also offers references and recommendations for responsible drug usage and relevant studies on Brodsky oral solution.
