摘要
酱香型白酒产业是贵州省重要支柱产业,是推动贵州经济发展的强力引擎。通过广泛开展实地调研,总结现阶段贵州酱香型白酒产业发展特征,发现贵州酱香型白酒产业步入规范化发展轨道,产区布局不断优化提升,品牌市场影响力持续扩大,产业发展合力逐步形成,全产业链发展取得一定进展。但也存在发展规划落实难,要素配置和营商环境需进一步优化,面临激烈的外部市场竞争,贵州酱香型白酒品牌建设需整体推进,消费市场拓展困难,全产业链效益有待进一步提升等问题。需加强酱香型白酒产业发展顶层设计,提升要素保障能力培育壮大黔酒市场主体,持续推进产业治理培育市场竞争优势,增强危机意识奋力拓展消费市场,做好延链补链强链三链融合。惟其如此,才能实现贵州酱香型白酒产业的高质量发展,从而推动区域经济社会快速发展。
The sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing)Baijiu industry is an important pillar industry and a powerful engine to promote the economic development of Guizhou province.Through extensive field research,the development characteristics of Guizhou sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing)Baijiu industry at the present stage were summarized,and results showed that Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu industry has entered the standardized development track,the production area layout has been continuously optimized and improved,the market influence has continued to expand,the joint force of industrial development has gradually formed,and the development of the whole industrial chain has made certain progress.However,there are also problems such as difficulties in implementing development plans,factor allocation and business environment need to be further optimized,facing fierce external market competition,Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu brand construction needs to be promoted as a whole,the consumer market is difficult to expand,and the benefits of the whole industry chain need to be further improved.It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of the development of the sauce-flavor Baijiu industry,enhance the ability of factor guarantee to cultivate and expand the market players of Guizhou Baijiu,continue to promote industrial governance to cultivate market competitive advantages,strengthen the crisis awareness and strive to expand the market,promote the development of the whole industry chain of Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu.Only in this way,Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu could achieve high-quality development and promote the rapid development of regional economy and society.
