有机朗肯闪蒸发电性能数值模拟与实验测试对比研究

摘要 以热水温度为90℃作为设计额定工况,设计并搭建了发电功率为800 W的有机朗肯闪蒸循环(OR⁃FC)实验测试装置,分别对热水温度为95℃、90℃、85℃和80℃的4个工况下发电性能进行了实验测试。实验测试结果表明:ORFC在设计工况下的实测发电功率为797.21 W,基本达到了设计要求;热水温度的降低使得系统的发电功率、热效率和膨胀机的等熵效率降低;总体而言,ORFC的发电功率较有机朗肯循环(ORC)有了显著提高。本文弥补了ORFC的实验测试空缺,验证了ORFC发电数值模型的准确性,进而证明了ORFC的先进性。 Taken the hot water temperature of 90℃as the designed rated working condition,an organic Rankine flash cycle(ORFC)experimental setup was designed with an installed capacity of 800 W,and the power generation perfor⁃mance were tested under four working conditions for hot water temperature of 95℃,90℃,85℃and 80℃,respectively.Test results show that the measured output power of ORFC is 797.21 W under the designed conditions,thereby indicat⁃ing that the experimental setup meets the requirements of the designed rated working condition.The decline of hot water temperature results in the decrease of power generation,thermal efficiency,and isentropic efficiency of scroll expanders.Generally,the power generation performance of ORFC is obviously better than that of ORC.This paper fills the gap of ex⁃perimental setup of ORFC,and the test results validates the accuracy of the numerical model and the cycle advance⁃ment of ORFC.
