摘要
[目的]Ipflufenoquin是由日本曹达株式会社(Nippon Soda)开发的喹啉类杀菌剂,探索了其合成方法,并测试其杀菌活性。[方法]以2,3-二氟苯胺和三氯乙醛为起始原料经6步反应成功制备ipflufenoquin,并经核磁及高分辨质谱验证其结构。[结果]所述合成路线反应收率较高。在400 mg/L剂量下室内生物活性测定结果表明ipflufenoquin对霜霉病、炭疽病、白粉病及赤霉病具有一定的杀菌活性。
[Aims]Ipflufenoquin is a novel quinoline fungicide developed by Nippon Soda.The synthetic method for ipflufenoquin was explored,and its fungicidal activities were tested.[Methods]Ipflufenoquin was synthesized successfully with 2,3-difluoroaniline and trichloroethanal as starting materials by 6 steps.The structural characterization of ipflufenoquin was identified by 1H NMR and HRMS.[Results]Ipflufenoquin was afforded in a high yield by the synthetic method presented in this paper.The biological test results in green house show that ipflufenoquin has certain fungicidal activity against downy mildew,anthracnose,powdery mildew,fusarium head blight at 400 mg/L.
