基于残留和膳食风险评估的氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦在生姜中的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of fluopyram and fosthiazate in ginger based on residue and dietary risk assessment

摘要 [目的]明确氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦混用在生姜中的残留及膳食风险。[方法]建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时检测生姜中氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦的分析方法,结合4地田间试验数据,采用中国和WHO评估方法对2种药剂的膳食风险进行了评估。[结果]氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦在3个添加水平(0.01、0.1、1 mg/kg)下,在生姜中的平均回收率为97%~113%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1%~3%,2种药剂在生姜中的方法定量限(LOQ)均为0.01 mg/kg。最终残留结果表明:2种药剂在生姜中的残留均低于方法定量限(0.01 mg/kg)。长期膳食评估结果表明:氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦对普通人群的膳食摄入风险可以接受。[结论]试验为氟吡菌酰胺和噻唑膦在生姜中的安全使用及我国最大残留限量的制定提供了数据支持。 [Aims]This study aims to determine the residue and dietary risk of fluopyram and fosthiazate in ginger.[Methods]A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the simultaneous determination of fluopyram and fosthiazate in ginger.Based on field trial data from 4 sites,the food dietary risks of the 2 pesticides were evaluated using China and WHO evaluation methods.[Results]At the 3 adding levels of 0.01,0.1 and 1 mg/kg,the average recoveries of fluopyram and fosthiazate in ginger were 97%-113%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 1%-3%.The limit of quantification(LOQ)of both agents in ginger was 0.01 mg/kg.The final residue results showed that the residues of both pesticides in ginger were lower than the LOQ of the method(0.01 mg/kg).The long-dietary evaluation results showed that the dietary intake risks of fluopyram and fosthiazate were acceptable for the general population.[Conclusions]The results of this study provide data support for the safe use of fluopyram and fosthiazate in ginger and the establishment of maximum residue limits in China.
