摘要
针对重轨加工线分钢台架存在的问题,开展自动分钢系统的研究及应用,选用横移小车作为移钢装置,采用格雷母线技术精确定位,实现分钢台架操作自动化,减少轨底横向划伤,确保钢轨质量,提高生产效率。
In view of the problems existing in the rail transfering bench of the heavy rail processing line,we carry out the research and application of automatic rail dividing system,select the traverse trolley as the rail transfer device,and use Gray bus bar technology to accurately position the rail dividing bench operation,reduce the lateral scratch of the rail bottom,ensure the quality of the rail and improve production efficiency.
