摘要
针对某烧结机主抽风机、转炉一次除尘风机等重载、高速旋转机械采用的滑动轴承,在设备运行过程中,因配合间隙过大、润滑不到位等原因,使设备振动超标、轴承发热甚至烧瓦滑动轴承失效原因进行了诊断分析,提出了相应的预防措施,以降低类似故障的发生率。
For the sliding bearings used in heavy-duty and high-speed rotating machinery such as the main exhaust fan of a sintering machine and the primary dust removal fan of the converter,during the operation of the equipment,due to excessive fit clearance,insufficient lubrication and other reasons,the equipment vibration exceeds the standard,the bearing heats up and even the failure of the brick-burned sliding bearings is diagnosed and analyzed,and corresponding preventive measures are proposed to reduce the incidence of similar failures.
