摘要
针对离心式空压机排气温度升高,导致换热效果下降造成停车问题进行攻关,对冷却器在运行中发生结垢、堵塞、腐蚀现象,导致换热效果下降等问题,提出改进实施方案,取得了良好效果。
In response to the problem of shutdown caused by the exhaust temperature rise of centrifugal air compressors,resulting in the decrease in heat exchange efficiency,an improvement implementation plan was proposed to solve the problems of scaling,blockage,corrosion,and decreasing in heat exchange efficiency during the operation of the cooler.Good results are achieved.
