轧机水平接轴受损预警及断轴保护技术

摘要 阐述了在轧机生产过程中,当轧机水平接轴因疲劳运行而断裂后,对主电机及接轴周围设备造成损坏,甚至发生严重的设备事故。针对该类问题研究应对策略,根据现场工作环境、设备运转状态和规律,通过技术手段,提出最佳解决方案,并加以实施,最终实现断轴后立即停车,随后报出警告,避免事故扩大,达到缩小事故范围和减少处理时间的目的。 This paper explains that in the production process of rolling mill,when the horizontal shafts of the rolling mill breaks due to fatigue operation,it causes damage to the main motor and the equipment around the shafts,and even serious equipment accidents.We research on coping strategies for such problems.According to the on-site working environment,equipment operation status and principle,and through technical means,we propose the best solution and implement it,and finally realize the immediate stop after the shaft break,and then report a warning to avoid the expansion of the accident,so as to reduce the influence scope of the accident and reduce the processing time.
