摘要
以冷轧总厂2130连退线为例,介绍了连续立式退火炉的燃烧控制系统,研究了燃烧系统的煤气压力控制、助燃空气压力控制稳定性,对燃烧控制系统安全性进行了分析,通过优化控制策略,实现了煤气压力的稳定控制,消除了助燃风机喘振现象,保证了连续立式退火炉安全稳定运行。
Taking the 2130 continuous annealing line of the main cold rolling mill as an example,the combustion control system of the continuous vertical annealing furnace is introduced,the gas pressure control and combustion air pressure control stability of the combustion system are studied,the safety of the combustion control system is analyzed.By optimizing the control strategy,the stable control of the gas pressure is realized,the surge phenomenon of the combustion fan is eliminated,and the safe and stable operation of the continuous vertical annealing furnace is ensured.
