摘要
在全卤制碱过程中,为了保证进电解槽的精盐水中碘离子含量合格,增加了卤水脱碘装置。分析了某氯碱厂脱碘装置开车前后电解系统槽电压、电流效率和交流电耗等关键参数的运行数据,探讨了卤水中碘对离子膜电解装置的影响。
In the process of caustic soda production wholly from bittern,in order to ensure qualified iodine ion content in the refined brine feeding the electrolyzer,a brine deiodination device was added.The operational data of key parameters were analyzed before and after the iodine removal device was put into operation in a chlor-alkali plant.These key parameters were cell voltage,current efficiency,and AC power consumption of the electrolysis system.The influence of iodine in brine on ion-exchange membrane electrolysis system was explored.
