摘要
介绍一起离子膜电解槽着火事故。分析事故原因是:CPVC管道和橡胶垫片腐蚀脱落,堵塞单元槽管口,盐水不能进入阳极室,离子膜变干被直流电击穿,泄漏的氢气被点燃。提出相应的预防措施:①将CPVC管道更换为玻璃钢衬聚四氟乙烯管道,垫片全部采用聚四氟乙烯垫片或者聚四氟乙烯包裹橡胶;②对离子膜电解槽电压联锁保护系统进行升级改造;③提高岗位操作人员应对离子膜电解槽着火事故应急处置能力。
A fire accident in an ion exchange membrane electrolysis cell was introduced.The cause of the accident was found out as follows:corrosion and detachment of the CPVC pipeline and rubber gasket,leading to the blockage of the element inlet;saline water could not enter the anode chamber,followed by anhydration and direct current breakdown of the ion membrane;hydrogen gas leaked and ignited.Corresponding preventive measures were proposed:replace the CPVC pipeline with fiberglass lined polytetrafluoroethylene pipeline,with polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets or polytetrafluoroethylene wrapped rubber gaskets;②upgrade and transform the voltage interlocking protection system of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cells;③improve job operators'emergency response ability to deal with fire accidents in ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers.
