The safe production technology of liquid chlorine is improved from aspects such as production process,equipment and facilities,and emergency response.These improvements effectively enhance the safety management and control level of chlorine production,storage and transportation process in the chlor-alkali system,eliminate the potential hidden dangers in system,equipment and facilities,realize the prevention and pre-control of operational errors and consequences in key links,strengthens the emergency response capability of chlorine leakage,and realize the intrinsic safety of productionequipment and operating environment.
