类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛的护理研究进展

Progress in nursing research on pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿性关节炎是临床常见的多发病、疑难病,其病情反复迁延,严重威胁人们的身心健康和生活质量,给家庭带来巨大经济和心理负担。目前治疗类风湿性关节炎疼痛的方法多种多样,但无特异性治疗方法。因此,本文总结近年来国内外研究进展,阐述类风湿性关节炎疼痛的护理干预措施,包括现代医学和祖国医学两方面,为患者和医务工作者选择合适的干预措施提供参考。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a com mon frequently-occurring disease and a difficult and com plicated case in clinical practice.Its condition repeatedly persists,seriously threatening people’s physical and mental health and quality of life,and bringing huge economic and psychological burdens to families.At present,there are various methods for treating pain in rheumatoid arthritis,but there is no specific treatment method.Therefore,this article summarized the recent research progress at home and abroad,and elaborated on nursing interventions for pain in rheumatoid arthritis,including modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,thus providing a reference for patients and medical workers to choose appropriate intervention measures.
