摘要
基于工作要求-资源模型和事件系统理论,首先通过质性研究进一步明确公开/私下寻求反馈的构念与测量,其次利用实证研究探讨公开/私下寻求反馈、差序格局对创新效能与绩效的影响机理。423份数据分析表明:公开/私下寻求反馈均正向促进创新绩效,且公开向同事寻求反馈的效力好于上级、私下向上级寻求反馈的效力好于同事;创新效能在公开/私下寻求反馈与创新绩效间起中介作用;差序格局正向调节公开/私下向上级寻求反馈对创新效能的关系,而差序格局对公开/私下向同事寻求反馈与创新效能间关系的调节不显著。
Based on the JD-R Model and Event System Theory,this paper clarifies the concept and measurement of public/private feedback seeking(FSB)through qualitative research.Second,it explores the impact mechanism of public/private FSB and differential order pattern on innovation efficacy and performance by empirical research.Result of 423 data analysis shows that,public/private FSB positively promotes innovation performance,the effectiveness of public FSB from colleagues is better than superiors,the effectiveness of private FSB from superiors is better than colleagues.Innovation efficacy plays an intermediary role between public/private FSB and innovation performance.The differential order pattern positively regulates the positive relationship between public/private FSB from superiors and innovation efficacy,while the differential order pattern has no significant regulatory effect on the relationship between public/private FSB from colleagues and innovation efficacy.
