摘要
后囊膜混浊(posterior capsular opacification,PCO)是白内障手术最常见的术后并发症,其发生发展与晶状体上皮细胞密切相关。掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光后囊切开术是治疗PCO的常用方法,但普适性低且存在眼部并发症,故寻求安全、有效的预防PCO的策略仍是亟待解决的问题。论文就后囊膜混浊的发病机制及前囊膜抛光技术的研究进展作一综述,期待为临床预防PCO提供思路。
Posterior capsular opacification(PCO)is the most common postoperative complication of cataract surgery,and its occurrence and development are closely related to lens epithelial cells.Neodymiumdoped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)laser posterior capsulotomy is a common method for the treatment of PCO.However,it has low universality and is associated with ocular complications.Therefore,the development of safe and effective strategies to prevent PCO remains a concern.This article reviews the pathogenesis of PCO and the technological progress of anterior capsular polishing in the clinical prevention of PCO.
