摘要
法洛四联症术后不可避免残存解剖及血流动力学异常,导致右心室重构,包括右心室扩大、功能受损、心律失常等。精准影像评估可以指导临床治疗和进行预后评估。心脏磁共振是法洛四联症术后评估的重要影像检查方式,不仅能动态观察心血管的解剖结构,还能应用电影成像技术、特征追踪技术、组织参数定量、相位对比及四维血流成像技术等精准评估心肌功能受损及血流动力学情况。本文就心脏磁共振成像在儿童法洛四联症术后右心室重构评估中的应用和进展作一综述。
After surgical repaired of tetralogy of Fallot(TOF),residual anatomic lesion and hemodynamic abnormality would lead to right ventricular remodeling,including progressive right ventricular enlargement,functional impairment,and arrhythmia etc.The non-invasive and accurate imaging evaluation could give valuable support for its clinical treatment and prognostic assessment.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)imaging is a vital imaging modality for evaluation and it could not only supply dynamic imaging for anatomy,but also supply accurate information of function,myocardial impairment and hemodynamic change.This article reviewed the advances in application of multimodal CMR in the evaluation of right ventricular remodeling in children with repaired TOF.
