海上风电单桩超厚钢板拼板焊接工艺

Welding process of super thick steel plate joint for offshore wind power single pile

摘要 随着海上风电行业的快速发展,向深远海发展已成为必然,且海上风机发电功率逐渐增大,对大直径、超厚壁单桩基础的应用也越来越普遍,而风电宽厚板的拼板焊接是单桩基础建造的关键环节,为了提高单桩桩基的焊接及生产效率,应加强超厚板的高效焊接工艺的研究。文中以EN10025 S355ML,S355NL这2种材料为母材,以GFL-71Ni,H-14/Superflux 55ULT为焊材,采用MZ-1250Ⅳ型埋弧焊机对拼板焊缝进行了V形坡口焊接工艺试验研究,并对焊接变形控制规律进行探索。结果表明,该单面V形坡口焊接新工艺在保证拼板焊接接头力学性能及焊缝质量的同时,有效提高了超厚壁单桩桩基的焊接速度和生产效率,且在试验研究及实际生产过程中总结出该工艺焊接变形控制的规律,对大直径超厚壁桩基的加工制作具有较强的指导价值及借鉴意义。 With the rapid development of offshore wind power industry,it has become inevitable to develop to the far-reaching sea,and the generation power of offshore wind turbines is gradually increasing,the application of large-diameter and super thick wall single pile foundation is becoming more and more common.In addition,the splicing welding of wind power wide and thick plates is a key link in the construction of single pile foundation.In order to improve the welding and production efficiency of single pile foundation,the research on the efficient welding process of super thick plates should be strengthened.In this paper,EN10025 S355ML and S355NL were used as base metal,and GFL-71Ni;H-14/Superflux 55ULT was used as welding material.MZ-1250 Ⅳ submerged arc welding machine was used to carry out the single side V groove welding procedure test of the welded plate,and explore the welding deformation control rules.The results showed that the new single V groove welding technology not only guaranteed the mechanical properties and weld quality of the welded joint of the plate,but also effectively improved the welding speed and production efficiency of the single pile foundation with super thick wall.Moreover,the welding deformation controld rule of this technology was summarized in the experimental research and actual production process,which had a strong guiding value and reference significance for the processing of large diameter and super thick single pile foundation.
