微生态护肤与皮肤健康

摘要 人体皮肤表面存在大量的菌群,菌群之间相互占位、互利共生,在皮肤表面形成第一道生物屏障。研究表明,皮肤微生态与皮肤健康密切相关,微生物的生物多样性对调节皮肤菌群平衡、修护敏感肌具有重要作用。微生态视角下的产品研发已成为目前行业热点和新的护肤策略。通过对益生菌、益生元和后生元等功效原料成分的介绍,简述了人体微生态屏障与皮肤健康的关系。结合微生态行业发展前景和产品应用,对护肤品研发提出参考建议。 There are a large number of bacteria on the surface of human skin.The bacteria occupy and co-exist with each other,forming the first biological barrier on the skin surface.Studies have shown that skin micro-ecology is closely related to skin health,and the biological diversity of microorganisms plays an important role in regulating the balance of skin flora and repairing sensitive muscles.Product research and development from the perspective of micro-ecology has become a hot spot in the industry and a new skin care strategy.Through the introduction of probiotics,prebiotics and metabiotics,the relationship between human micro-ecological barrier and skin health was briefly described.Based on the development prospect and product application of the micro-ecology industry,suggestions for the research and development of skin care products was put forward.
