摘要
新型磺酸盐示踪剂作为一类新兴的油田微量物质示踪剂已开始应用于各个油田中。针对同时存在多种磺酸盐示踪剂的油田样品,建立了可同时分析5种新型井间磺酸盐类示踪剂的液质联用(LC-MS)分析法。该分析法采用Agilent Poroshell C18色谱柱分离,以超纯水(0.5%甲酸、0.15%四丁基溴化铵)-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源(ESI)负模式检测。结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.999,回收率为97.1%~103.7%,5种磺酸盐的检测限均≤1μg/L,且能在10min内完成全部示踪剂的流出,实现了快速准确的检测目的,满足了油田监测要求。
As a new type of oilfield trace substance tracer,new sulfonate tracers have been applied in various oilfields.For oilfield samples with multiple sulfonate tracers simultaneously,a liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method was established for the simultaneous analysis of five sulfonates.The analytical method was separated by Agilent Poroshell C18 column,eluted with ultrapure water(0.5%formic acid,0.15%tetrabutylammonium bromide)-acetonitrile as mobile phase gradient,and detected by negative mode of Electron Spray lonization(ESI).The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship,with a correlation coefficient of R^(2)≥0.99,a recovery rate of 97.1%~103.7%,and a detection limit of≤lμg/L for all five sulfonates.It can also complete the outflow of all tracers within 10 minutes,achieving rapid and accurate detection purposes and meeting the requirements of oilfield monitoring.
