舌根来源碰撞癌1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,61岁,主因“咽部异物感1年余,发现舌根肿物2月余”于2021-07-13收治入院。患者无明显诱因感觉咽喉异物不适感1年有余,无咽喉疼痛、咳血、憋气及进食阻挡感,症状无明显加重及减轻,未予以正规诊治。2021年5月于当地医院就诊发现咽部肿物,行咽部CT及MRI检查后提示舌根占位性病变,考虑肿瘤可能,患者为手术治疗收入我院。入院体检:咽喉黏膜无充血,咽部舌根后方见一肿物,形状不规则,表面不平整,无溃烂及出血.
