摘要
钢筋混凝土筒仓可分为单仓和群仓,作为储存物料的大型构筑物已得到广泛应用。某散粮筒仓在满负荷装粮6个月后,其中一单仓圆锥面钢漏斗与环梁锚筋脱开,导致漏斗脱落,经现场排查,其他钢漏斗存在有效焊接锚筋数量远低于设计要求的情况,需进行加固处理。采用传统的钢结构加固方法存在着焊接工作量大、难度高、进料困难等问题,本文提出了一种新型筒仓钢漏斗加固方法———漏斗内新增混凝土叠合层及混凝土环梁,与原钢漏斗形成组合结构漏斗,加强漏斗与筒仓仓壁的连接,探索了组合结构技术在筒仓钢漏斗加固中的应用,可供同类筒仓钢漏斗加固设计和施工参考。
Abstrcat:Reinforced concrete silos could be divided into single independent silos and connected group silos,which have been widely used as large structures for storing materials.After a bulk grain silo was loaded at full load for 6 months,one of the conical steel funnels of the single independent silo separated from the anchor bar of the ring beam,causing the funnel to fall off,after on-site investigation,it is founded that the number of effective welding anchor bars for other steel funnels was far lower than the design requirements,which required reinforcement treatment.There are many problems in using traditional steel structure strengthening methods,such as heavy welding workload,high difficulty and difficulty in feeding materials.In this paper,a new strengthening method of silo steel funnels is proposed-the new concrete laminated layer and the new concrete ring beam are added in the funnel,a composite structure funnel is formed with the original steel funnel,the connection between the funnel and the silo wall is strengthened,and the application of composite structure technology in strengthening of silo steel funnels is explored,which could be used as a reference for the strengthening design and construction of similar silo steel funnels.
