某部官兵心理弹性在作业疲劳中对抑郁情绪影响的调节效应

Moderate Effects of Psychological Resilience Between Work-related Fatigue and Depressive Mood in Army Aviation Officers and Soldiers

目的探索某部官兵心理弹性对抑郁情绪的影响机制。方法采用方便抽样法,招募655名某部官兵作为被试,完成匹兹堡睡眠指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、9项患者健康问卷(patient health questionnaire-9,PHQ-9)、作业疲劳症状自评量表(work-related fatigue feelings questionnaire,WRFFQ)、心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)测评。结果心理弹性与睡眠指数(r=-0.11,P<0.01)、抑郁情绪(r=-0.49,P<0.01)和作业疲劳(r=-0.43,P<0.01)均呈显著负相关。调节效应分析显示引入交互项(作业疲劳×心理弹性)后,提示心理弹性在作业疲劳对抑郁情绪的影响中起调节作用。结论心理弹性不仅能负向预测某部官兵抑郁情绪,还能降低其作业疲劳对抑郁情绪的影响。

Objective To investigate the influencing mechanism between psychological resilience and depressive mood in army aviation officers and soldiers.Methods A total of 655 army aviation officers and soldiers were selected by convenience sampling which were asked to fill out the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),work-related fatigue feelings questionnaire(WRFFQ)and connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results The psychological resilience was negatively correlated with sleep index(r=-0.11,P0.01),depressive mood(r=-0.49,P0.01)and work-related fatigue(r=-0.43,P0.01).The moderate effects analysis showed that after introducing the interaction term(work-related fatigue×psychological resilience),indicating that psychological resilience played a moderating role in the effects of work-related fatigue on depressive mood.Conclusion Among the army aviation officers and soldiers,psychological resilience can not only negatively predict depressive mood,but also reduce the influence of work-related fatigue on depressive mood.
