蓝藻水华螺旋浮丝藻季节分布特征研究

Study on seasonal distribution characteristics of Planktothrix spiroides(a kind of cyanobacterial bloom species)

2022年8月在黄河下游金堤河干流位点发现水体表面富集一层颗粒状物质,初步判定该水体暴发水华。把样品带回实验室镜检分析判定该水体暴发的是一种丝状蓝藻水华-螺旋浮丝藻水华。为研究螺旋浮丝藻的季节分布特征,分别于2022年8月和12月对金堤河干流该位点(116°4′53″)进行采样,调查分析发现螺旋浮丝藻在该位点的8月份丰度和生物量最高,而在12月份明显下降。夏季高水温更易导致螺旋浮丝藻水华发生。

A clear layer of granular substances were observed at the water surface of Main stream of Jindi River(116°4'53')during the eological survey of the downstream of the Yellow River.Follwingly,the water sam-ples were collected and transferred to laboratory immediately for the microscopic ananlysis.It was suggested that the suspended granular was the assemblages of cyanobacterial Planktothrix spiroides.In order to analyze the sea-sonal distribution of this cyanobacterial bloooms,the samples of December were also collected.According to the laboratory analysis,rare P.spiroides were found in the samples of December.The result indicated that the high temperature in summer might be the key factors supporting the cyannbacterial P.spiroides blooms.
