liver qi depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is a common pattern in modern clinic with symptoms of hypochondrium distending pain, depression of emotion, abdominal distension and loose stool and so on.It is mostly shown in liver disease, stomach pain, depression and other diseases, with the pathogenesis of liver dysfunction and dysfunction of spleen in transport. As we all know, identifying the core of syndromes is the key to differentiate syndromes and established the base for therapy.Guiding by the theory of correlating prescription and syndrome,we have summarized research results of our group and others in this field and deeply explored the biological mechanism of liver qi depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Linking them with biological mechanism and the core of syndromes,we revealed the core of liver qi depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is the disorder of neuro-immuno-endocrine network and the imbalance of neuro-digestive-circulatory system, and the key mechanism of converting is the imbalance of intestinal Microbiome-immuno-brain axis may play an important role.
