从肺论治肾病综合征经验总结

Clinical experience in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome based on the lung theory

肾病综合征在临床上常反复发作,病情缠绵,迁延难愈。文章从肺气亏虚、肺气壅滞、肺阴不足、肺热炽盛、肺失宣肃等方面阐述肾病综合征的发生与发展过程。治疗上选择补肺、宣肺、肃肺、润肺、清肺之法,并结合调脾益肾,畅三焦,调气机,化瘀血,利水消肿等治法。拟“调肺益肾消肿方”为基础方,运用于肾病综合征的治疗。

Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is referred to as‘renal syndrome’,which is often recurrent in clinical practice,the condition is lingering,and it is difficult to cure.This article expounds the occurrence and development process of NS from the aspects of lung qi deficiency,lung qi stagnation,lung yin deficiency,lung heat exuberance,lung loss and promotion.In the treatment,the methods of tonifying the lung,xuanfei,purging the lung,moisturizing the lung,and clearing the lung were selected,and the treatments of regulating the spleen and kidney,unblocking the three jiao,regulating the qi apparatus,removing blood stasis,promoting water and reducing swelling were combined.The Tiaofei Yishen Xiaozhong Formula is proposed to be used in the treatment of NS.
