Academic thinking and prescription characteristics of southern Sichuan Xuanfu academic school

川南玄府学术流派以金元医学大师刘河间的玄府学说为主导思想,由王明杰、黄淑芬教授创立。主要围绕玄府与风药两个层面开展学术研究,一是玄府学说为风药的拓展运用提供新的理论指导,二是风药发散开玄可深化开通玄府治法,流派在长期探索实践中形成了“论病着眼玄府、临证首重开通;百病疏风为先,顽症从风论治”的独特学术思想。临证善用风药、虫药开通玄府治疗脑、心、肾病等,制定优势病种诊疗方案,研发特色制剂。七味追风散、天虫定眩饮、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊等特色方,凸显了川南玄府学派组方用药的突出特点,即通过开通脑、心、肾等处玄府闭塞,畅达气血津液运行以愈诸病。

Southern Sichuan Xuanfu academic school,founded by modern medical experts WANG Mingjie and HUANG Shufen,is dominated by the Xuanfu theory of LIU Hejian,a medical master in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.Focus on the Xuanfu theory and wind medicine research,firstly,Xuanfu theory provides new theoretical guidance for the expansion of the use of wind medicine;secondly,the wind medicine deepen the Xuanfu theory.In long-term exploration and practice,it emphasises diagnose illnesses base on the Xuanfu theory,‘the treatment focuses on dredge,dispersing wind all kind of illness,and treating persistent ailment from the theory of wind’.They are good at using wind medicine and insecting medicine to treat brain,heart,kidney or other complex diseases in the clinical by dredging Xuanfu.They have developed treatment schemes for advantageous diseases and invented special preparations.The characteristics traditional Chinese medicine preparations,such as Qiwei Zhuifeng Powder,Tianchong Dingxuan Decoction and Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsules showed the major feature of the Southern Sichuan Xuanfu academic school prescription.In a word,they cure the disease by dredging brain,heart,kidney and other places of the Xuanfu to make qi and blood flow smoothly.
