载中药天然高分子材料研究进展

Research progress of natural polymer materials carrying traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 作为药物递送系统的重要组成部分,载体材料可负载、保护、递送药物,并通过自身的物理化学性质影响药物的释放速率与释放靶区。中药对特定疾病的治疗效果显著,但传统载药方式单一,一定程度上限制了其应用,大量报道证明,经合适天然高分子载体材料负载后的中药及组分,疗效有所提高、不良反应也有不同程度减少。文章根据使用频率与文献数量,总结了目前常用的几种天然高分子载中药成分载体材料,包括壳聚糖、明胶、丝素蛋白、白蛋白,以及它们的改性材料,探讨了它们的特性及其载中药组分应用的不同点,希望为其未来研究提供参考。 As an important part of drug delivery system,carrier materials can load,protect and deliver drugs,and affect the release rate and release target area of drugs through their physical and chemical properties.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on specific diseases,but the traditional drug loading method is single,which limits its application to a certain extent.A large number of reports have proved that the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and its components loaded with appropriate natural polymer carrier materials has been improved,and the side effects have also been reduced to varying degrees.Based on the frequency of use and the number of literatures,this review summarized several natural polymer carrier materials commonly used to carry traditional Chinese medicine components,including chitosan,gelatin,silk fibroin,albumin,and their modified materials.This review discussed their characteristics and different applications of carrying traditional Chinese medicine components,hoping to provide reference for the researches in the future.
