藏医学对动脉粥样硬化的认识及治疗

Recognition and treatment of arteriosclerosis in Tibetan medicine

藏医学在其发展演变中不仅对脑血管疾病有系统的认识,临床疗效也较显著。文章着重以藏医“三因性相学说”为理论依据,深入探讨其在动脉粥样硬化中的病机作用。阐述了“三胃火”功能失衡而逐渐形成“坏血”、瘀血、气滞、阻塞脉道等动脉粥样硬化的病理因素,并通过相关文献的查阅和总结,综述藏医药在动脉粥样硬化临床治疗中药物和外治法的选择及疗效,为临床治疗和药效评价提供理论支持。

Through continuous development and evolution,Tibetan medicine not only has a systematic understanding of cerebrovascular diseases,but also has a remarkable effect on clinic.In this paper,the pathogenesis and role of Tibetan medicine in arteriosclerosis was explored in depth focusing on the theoretical basis of the theory of‘three causes theory’of Tibetan medicine,and the pathological mechanism of arteriosclerosis caused by‘three gastric-fire’dysfunction,such as progressive formation of bad blood,blood stasis,qi stagnation,and blockage of pulse channels,was expounded.Finally,the selection and efficacy of drugs and external therapies in clinical treatment of Tibetan medicine were summarized based on the review and summary of relevant literature,thus providing theoretical support for clinical treatment and efficacy evaluation.
