基于倾向得分匹配的糖尿病足患者舌象研究

Study on tongue distribution of diabetic foot patients based on tendency matching score

目的:应用倾向得分匹配(PSM)的方法分析糖尿病足(DF)患者的人口学和临床特征,并探索中医舌象与DF的关系。方法:采用横断面的流行病研究方法,分析208例DF和662例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床资料和舌象判读,使用倾向性得分匹配方法以性别、年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、抽烟为自变量,确诊为DF为因变量,建立Logistic回归模型,将DF组与T2DM组按1∶1比例进行匹配,对两组人口学特征和舌象进行分析。结果:匹配前,共纳入患者870例,DF患者208例,两组年龄、性别、抽烟及舌色、舌苔比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DF患者年龄在45~59岁、BMI在25~28发病率最高,且男性占比高于女性,淡紫舌与黄苔在DF患者中多见。匹配后,两组共206对匹配成功,DF组淡紫舌比例均高于T2DM组。结论:高龄、男性、超重也是DF发生的危险因素,与T2DM患者相比,DF患者舌色以紫舌多见,舌苔以黄苔多见。

Objective:The propensity score matching method was used to analyze the demographic and clinical characteristics of diabetic foot(DF)patients,and explore the relationship between tongue image and DF.Methods:A cross-sectional epidemiological research method was used to analyze the clinical data and tongue interpretation of 208 patients with DF and 662 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).The propensity score matching method was used to take gender,age,BMI and smoking as independent variables,and diagnosed as DF as the dependent variable.Logistic regression model was established.The DF group and T2DM group were matched with 1:1 ratio.The demographic characteristics and tongue image of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Before matching,a total of 870 patients and 208 patients with DF were included.There were significant differences in age,gender,smoking,tongue color and tongue coating between the two groups.The age of DF patients was 45-59.The incidence rate is the highest when BMI were between 25 and 28,and there were more men than women.The proportion of purple tongue and yellow coating in the DF group was higher than that in the patients with T2DM.After matching,a total of 206 pairs in the two groups were successfully matched.The proportion of lilac tongue in the DF group was higher than that in the T2DM patients.Conclusion:Old age,male and BMI are also risk factors for diabetic foot.Compared with patients with T2DM,purple tongue is more common in DF patients,and yellow tongue coating is more common.
