基于“阴平阳秘”理论探讨肠道微生态对双相情感障碍的影响

Discussion on the influence of intestinal microecology on bipolar disorder based on the‘relative equilibrium of yin-yang’theory

既往研究表明肠道微生态稳态的破坏与双相情感障碍的发生发展密切相关,中医药对调整肠道微生态及人体内环境的动态平衡确有疗效,然而其机制的现代医学研究纷杂,囿于分析科学的思维,亟需总结。文章发扬中医整体观,以中医“阴平阳秘”理论为指导,结合肠道微生态与双向情感障碍的现代医学研究,阐述了双相情感障碍的中医病机,以及肠道菌群的功能属性。以期为临床治疗双相情感障碍提供中医理论支撑,也为“阴平阳秘”这一中医指导思想增添现代医学内涵。

Previous studies have shown that the disruption of intestinal microecological homeostasis is closely related to the development of bipolar disorder,and that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective in regulating the dynamic balance of intestinal microecology and the body’s internal environment.However,the modern medical research on its mechanism is complicated and limited by analytical scientific thinking,so it needs to be summarized.This paper presents a holistic view of TCM,guided by the TCM‘relative equilibrium of yin-yang’theory,and combines modern medical research on intestinal microecology and bipolar disorder to explain the TCM pathogenesis of bipolar disorder and the functional properties of the intestinal flora.The aim is to provide TCM theoretical support for the clinical treatment of bipolar disorder,and to add modern medical connotations to the TCM guiding principle of‘relative equilibrium of yin-yang’.
