中药药性理论被广泛应用于中医临床中,《黄帝内经》载:“肺色白,宜食苦”,具有苦味的清热药也常在肺系疾病中使用,近年来有研究发现苦味受体TAS2R及其下游信号分子在呼吸道中也分布较广。文章主要介绍了肺系疾病中苦味中药的应用,以TAS2R为切入点,深入探究药物中主要活性物质与气道上皮TAS2R之间的作用机制,通过激活苦味信号转导通路,发挥相关作用,为临床提供提示和解决问题。

The theory of the properties of traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in clinical practice.Huangdi Neijing states that‘the lung is white in color,and it is appropriate to eat bitter’.Bitter antipyretic drugs are often used in lung diseases.In recent years,it is found that downstream signal molecules of the bitter receptor TAS2R machine are also widely distributed in the respiratory tract.This article mainly introduces the application of bitter Chinese medicine in pulmonary diseases.Taking TAS2R as a starting point,it deeply explores the mechanism of action between the main active substances in the drug and the bitter receptor TAS2R in the airway epithelium.By activating the bitter signal transduction pathway,it plays a relevant role,providing important clues and solving key problems for clinical use.
