应用红外热成像技术评价榆栀止血颗粒对气郁质女性桥本甲状腺炎患者的靶向药性

Application of infrared thermal imaging technology to evaluate the targeted drug efficacy of Yuzhi Zhixue Granules in female Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with qi stagnation

目的:应用热断层扫描成像技术研究榆栀止血颗粒对气郁质女性桥本甲状腺炎患者的动态药效靶向性。方法:收集10例气郁质桥本甲状腺炎女性患者,所有患者在治疗前后均填写《中医体质分类与判定调查表》调查问卷,检测血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb),服用榆栀止血颗粒前(0 min)及服药后第30、70、100、130、160 min各行1次红外热成像全身扫描,测定甲状腺左右叶、任脉、督脉、子宫、肝区及双侧乳腺8个区位绝对热值。结果:榆栀止血颗粒对气郁质女性桥本甲状腺炎患者的有效靶向区位集中于甲状腺左右叶、任督脉、子宫、肝区及双侧乳腺区位;各区位绝对热值在患者服药后30 min达到最高峰值,作用时间均呈双峰型。所有患者治疗后的血清TGAb、TPOAb滴度水平及气郁质转化分数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:榆栀止血颗粒药物靶向性主要集中于气郁质女性桥本甲状腺炎患者的甲状腺左右叶、任督脉、子宫、肝区及双侧乳腺区位,且对降低血清甲状腺抗体水平及气郁质转化分数具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To study the dynamic pharmacodynamic targeting of Yuzhi Zhixue Granules on female Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with qi stagnation by thermal tomography imaging technology.Methods:Ten female patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and qi-stagnation constitution were collected.All patients completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Determination Survey questionnaire before and after treatment,and serum thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)were tested.Infrared thermal imaging of the whole body was performed before and at the 30th,70th,100th,130th,and 160th minute after taking Yuzhi Zhixue Granules,and absolute thermal values were measured in eight areas including left and right lobes of the thyroid,conception vessel,governor vessel,uterus,liver and bilateral breast regions.Results:The effective target areas of Yuzhi Zhixue Granules for female Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with qi stagnation are concentrated in left and right lobes of the thyroid,conception vessel,governor vessel,uterus,liver area and bilateral breast areas;The absolute thermal values in each area reached their peak 30 minutes after the patients took the medicine,and the duration of the effect showed a bimodal pattern.The thyroid antibody titers and transformation scores of the qi stagnation after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The drug targeting of Yuzhi Zhixue Granules mainly focuse on left and right lobes of the thyroid,conception vessel,governor vessel,uterus,liver and bilateral breast regions in female Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with qi stagnation.Yuzhi Zhixue Granules have good clinical effects in reducing serum thyroid antibody level and qi stagnation conversion.
