摘要
为了明确河北省大豆孢囊线虫致病型分化,采用2套鉴定体系,在温室内利用盆栽的方法,分别对河北省沧州市、邯郸市、保定市、唐山市和承德市大豆孢囊线虫群体的生理小种和HG型进行了鉴定。生理小种鉴定体系的鉴定结果表明:感病品种Lee对5个SCN群体均表现为高度感病,平均单株雌虫数量为195.9~295.5个;5个SCN群体在4个鉴别寄主(Pickett、Peking、PI88788、PI90763)上形成的雌虫数均较少,FI均<10,5个SCN群体的生理小种均属于3号生理小种。HG型鉴定体系的鉴定结果表明:感病品种Lee对5个SCN群体均表现为高度感病,平均单株雌虫数量为181.9~275.3个;7个鉴别寄主[Peking (PI548402)、PI88788、PI90763、PI437654、PI209332、PI89772、PI548316]形成的雌虫数量较少,FI均<10,HG型均为0型。河北省沧州市、邯郸市、保定市、唐山市和承德市大豆孢囊线虫群体的生理小种均为3号小种,HG型均为0型。
In order to clarify the pathogenic differentiation of soybean cyst nematode(SCN)in Hebei Province,the races and HG types of five SCN populations in Cangzhou City,Handan City,Baoding City,Tangshan City and Chengde City of Hebei Province were identified in greenhouse with two sets of identification criteria.The results showed that in the races identification criteria,the susceptible soybean cultivar Lee showed high susceptibility to all 5 SCN populations,with an average number of females per plant ranging from 195.9 to 295.5.The number of females formed by the 5 SCN populations on the 4 identified hosts Pickett,Peking,PI88788,and PI90763 was relatively small,with FI<10,5 populations were identified as race 3.In the HG type identification criteria,the susceptible cultivar Lee showed high susceptibility to all 5 SCN populations,with an average number of females per plant ranging from 181.9 to 275.3.The number of females formed by the 7 identified hosts Peking(PI548402),PI88788,PI90763,PI437654,PI209332,PI89772 and PI548316 was relatively small,with FI<10,and 5 populations were identified as HG type 0.The races of SCN populations from Cangzhou City,Handan City,Baoding City,Tangshan City,and Chengde City of Hebei Province were all race 3,and the HG types of 5 SCN populations were all type 0.
