Effect of exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease weakness:ameta-analysis

目的:系统评价运动对于改善冠心病衰弱病人的效果。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)公开发表的从建库至2022年8月的相关文献,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入7篇文献,共806例病人。Meta分析结果显示:运动可提高冠心病衰弱病人的躯体活动能力[MD=1.55,95%CI(1.09,2.01),P<0.01]、生活质量[MD=13.38,95%CI(9.18,17.59),P<0.01],而对病人的衰弱情况[SMD=-1.43,95%CI(-5.16,2.30),P=0.45]、平衡及步态能力[SMD=0.75,95%CI(0.01,1.49),P=0.05]和日常生活活动能力[SMD=0.46,95%CI(-0.53,1.45),P=0.36]的影响无统计学意义。结论:本次Meta分析结果表明,运动能改善冠心病衰弱病人的躯体活动能力、生活质量。

Objective:To systematically review the effect of exercise on improving frail patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Relevant literature on the effect of exercise on improving frail patients with CHD were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Database,and VIP Database from the establishment of the database to August 2022.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 7 pieces of literature were included,involving 806 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that exercise could improveCHDpatients′physical activity[MD=1.55,95%CI(1.09,2.01),P<0.01]and quality of life[MD=13.38,95%CI(9.18,17.59)P<0.01].At the same time,there was no statistical significance inpatients′frailty[SMD=-1.43,95%CI(-5.16,2.30),P=0.45],balance and gait ability[SMD=0.75,95%CI(0.01,1.49),P=0.05],and activities of daily living[SMD=0.46,95%CI(-0.53,1.45),P=0.36].Conclusions:The results of this meta-analysis showed that exercise could improve physical activity and quality of life in frail patients with CHD.
