针刺联合经颅直流电刺激在卒中后抑郁的运用进展及思路

Application of Acupuncture Combined with Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation in Post-Stroke Depression

卒中后抑郁是脑卒中常见的并发症之一,其高发病率、高复发率、高致残率等特点,是影响卒中后患者神经功能恢复和回归社会能力恢复的重要原因。促进患者的神经功能恢复贯穿卒中后抑郁治疗的全程。针刺疗法及经颅直流电刺激疗法能有效改善卒中后抑郁患者的神经功能,且存在不良反应小的优点而被应用于卒中后抑郁的治疗。然而目前关于两者联合应用治疗该病的研究尚少,笔者通过阐述该病的发病机制、针刺疗法及经颅直流电刺激疗法治疗卒中后抑郁的作用机制等方面,探讨两者联合应用的可行性,以期为临床治疗卒中后抑郁提供新的治疗思路。

Post-stroke depression is one of the common complications of stroke.Its high incidence rate,high recurrence rate,high disability rate and other characteristics are important reasons that affect the recovery of neurological function and the a⁃bility of patients to return to society after stroke.Promoting the recovery of neurological function in patients runs through the whole process of post-stroke depression treatment.Acupuncture therapy and transcranial direct current stimulation therapy can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with post-stroke depression,and have the advantage of minimal adverse reactions,making them suitable for the treatment of post-stroke depression.However,there is currently few research on the combination of the two in the treatment of this disease.The author explored the feasibility of the combined application by explo⁃ring the pathogenesis of this disease,the mechanism of acupuncture therapy and transcranial direct current stimulation therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression,in order to provide new treatment ideas for clinical treatment of post-stroke depres⁃sion.
