穴位埋线治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treatment of Dysphagia after Stroke

吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症之一,目前治疗方案多样。穴位埋线以传统针刺留针发展而来,对卒中后吞咽障碍具有显著疗效,为现代临床的常用治疗方法。研究查阅近10年穴位埋线治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床应用文献,发现治疗上多采用联合治疗法,包括舌三针埋线、背腧穴埋线及局部取穴埋线等不同方式联合治疗的方法。从卒中后吞咽障碍的发病机制及埋线基础研究、埋线常用选穴、临床运用等方面进行总结。

Dysphagia is one of the common complications after stroke.At present,there are various treatment schemes.Acu⁃point catgut embedding is developed from the traditional acupuncture retention needle,which has significant effect on dysphagia after stroke and is a common treatment in modern clinical practice.Literature on clinical application of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke in the past 10 years was reviewed.Combined treatment was mostly adopted in the treat⁃ment,including three tongue needle catgut embedding.This article summarized the pathogenesis and catgut embedding mecha⁃nism of post-stroke dysphagia,common acupoint selection,clinical application and so on.
