从痰瘀互结论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病

Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease from Phlegm and Blood Stasis

近年来由于中国民众生活水平不断提升,膳食构成也随着产生了较大的改变,受不良生活习惯的影响,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发病率持续上升,逐渐呈现出低龄化趋势。查阅近年关于中医药治疗NAFLD的相关文献资料后发现,目前业内临床学者大多认可痰瘀互结既是NAFLD的重要证型,也是本病的基本病机。结合NAFLD痰瘀互结的理论渊源、生物学研究基础、临床研究及因机证治等几个方面阐述NAFLD的中医研究进展,以期为NAFLD临床诊治提供思路,发挥中医药治疗优势。

In recent years,due to the continuous improvement of the living standard of Chinese people,the diet composition also changes significantly.Affected by bad living habits,the incidence rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)contin⁃ues to rise,gradually showing a trend of younger age.After reviewing relevant literature on the treatment of NAFLD with tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine in recent years,it was found that most clinical scholars agreed that phlegm and blood stasis are not only the important syndrome type of NAFLD,but also the basic pathogenesis of this disease.This article discussed the research pro⁃gress of traditional Chinese medicine on NAFLD from several aspects,including the theoretical origin,biological research founda⁃tion,clinical research and pathogenesis and treatment,in order to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD and take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
