中药灌肠联合高频热疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema combined with High-Frequency Hyperthermia in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Damp-Heat Stasis Type and the Influence of Inflammatory Factors

目的 分析研究湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者采取中药灌肠联合高频热疗治疗的效果。方法 研究对象为南阳油田医院在2020年4月—2021年4月收治的78例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者。随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受高频热疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取中药灌肠治疗。研究以治疗有效率、中医证候评分、炎性因子水平以及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果 试验组治疗有效率94.87%,对照组治疗有效率76.92%,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前中医证候评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组中医证候评分较低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎性因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后两组对比可见试验组较低(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率:试验组5.13%,对照组7.69%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者治疗中采取中药灌肠联合高频热疗治疗的效果较为显著,可提升治疗有效率,缓解患者的相关症状,改善其炎性因子水平,且具有较高的治疗安全性,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with high-frequency hyperthermia treatment on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat stasis type.Method The subjects of this study were 78 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat stasis type admitted to Nanyang Oilfield Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.Randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,the control group re⁃ceived high-frequency hyperthermia,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment on the basis of the control group.This study compares the effectiveness of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,lev⁃els of inflammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions.Result The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.87%,while the effective rate in the control group was 76.92%.The experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms be⁃tween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the experimental group was relatively low(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.13%in the experimental group and 7.69%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine enema and high-frequency hyperthermia is more effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory dis⁃ease patients with dampness heat stasis type.It can improve the treatment efficiency,alleviate the relevant symptoms of patients,improve their levels of inflammatory factors,and has high treatment safety,which is worth promoting.
