基于“肾虚致痿”理论探讨“雌激素减少”与绝经后骨质疏松症的相关性

绝经后骨质疏松(PMOP)是由遗传、环境因素、钙离子代谢、雌激素水平异常等多种复杂因素诱发的代谢性骨骼系统疾病,全球面临的老龄化问题日益严重,绝经后骨质疏松症亦愈发普遍,严重影响中老年妇女的身心健康,随着对PMOP研究的深入,“雌激素减少”可诱发绝经后骨质疏松症,其与中医学中“肾虚致痿”理论密切相关,在指导PMOP的预防与治疗方面具有重大意义,基于“肾虚致痿”理论就“雌激素减少”影响机体骨量变化及相关作用机制展开综述,拟为绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗提供新思路。

Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a metabolic skeletal disease induced by a variety of complex factors such as heredity,environmental factors,calcium metabolism and abnormal estrogen level.The global aging problem is becoming more and more serious,and postmenopausal osteoporosis is becoming more and more common,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly women,with the in-depth study of PMOP,many scholars believe that"estrogen reduction"can induce postmenopausal osteoporosis,which is closely related to the theory of"kidney deficiency induced wilt"in traditional Chinese medicine and is of great significance in guiding the prevention and treatment of PMOP.Based on the theory of"kidney deficiency induced wilt"in traditional Chinese medicine,the author summarizes the effect of"estrogen reduction"on bone mass changes and related mechanisms,To provide new ideas for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
