新征程中我国竞技体育国际话语权建设:意涵、困境及纾解

Construction of China's International Discourse Power of Competitive Sports in the New Journey:Implications,Dilemma and Solutions

基于对国际话语权理论的学理分析,认为人类命运共同体理念中“公平正义”国际话语观,应作为中国式现代化新征程中我国竞技体育国际话语权建设的基本思想。研究发现,我国竞技体育国际话语权存在发展困境,主要包括话语环境困境、话语能力困境、话语方式困境、话语内容困境等4个方面。由此,针对性地提出纾解路径:研判客观形势,学习国际经验,树立风险意识;完善体制机制,培养专业人才,打造特色赛事;研制专项计划,创新体育援助,深耕中华文化;加强理念引领,提高治理水平,推进体育现代化治理。

Based on a theoretical study of international discourse power,it is believed that the international discourse perspective of"fairness and justice"in the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind should be regarded as the guiding ideology for the construction of China's international discourse power in competitive sports in the new journey of Chinese modernization.Reflection on the development challenges of China's international discourse power in competitive sports includes four aspects:the challenge of discourse environment,the challenge of discourse capability,the challenge of discourse approach,and the challenge of discourse content.Based on this,alleviation paths are proposed:studying and assessing objective situations,learning international experience,and mastering the establishment of risk awareness;improving institutional mechanisms,cultivating professional talents,and creating characteristic competitions;developing special plans,innovating sports assistance,and deeply cultivating Chinese culture;strengthening concept guidance,improving governance level,and promoting sports governance.
